Open Archives Initiative (OAI)
The SCIA uses Dublin Core as a metadata standard for Open Archives Initiative Protocol for Metadata Harvesting. Specifically SCIA looks for the vocabulary searches, as well as the impact of Dublin Core on the granularity and consistency records. oai_dc is used to provide article data to the digital libraries. Identify: Contains basic information about data provider.
